None of those things are required though. Being part of an organization is supposed to be a help to the hunter, providing resources like intel, access to information, training options, special discounts with certain vendors, match-making services to ensure a hunter doesn't get a head they can't handle, ect. That said, there's no requirement to be part of a guild or organization to get an IPKC. Some require more upfront money, some less, some are limited to specific species, genders, ect. THE BHG horse has already gone over, but there's more than one organization, and each will vary. So you have to be freelance/non-Guild for your first 20,000 credits in bounties, then you need to be sponsored by an existing member.
